Roisin created a beautiful environment where I felt I could be vulnerable and dig a little deeper to really get to the heart of what it was I was trying to achieve.
I went into the first session having a different idea of what I thought my goals would actually be, however when we actually spoke it through together it turned out my goals were actually something completely different!
